- Staff always very friendly and accommodating - cleaning provided every day and lifts offered for pick up and drop off and if they were able to also to other places. - We enjoyed the pool which was clean and the balcony. - In a peaceful and quiet location in the middle of the island - close to beaches on the west side and 10 minute drive to large supermarket and 20 minute drive into town. - Very new and clean property overall with comfy beds, 2 TVs. Fan and aircon in both bedroom and living space and also fan in the spacious balcony.

The shower leaked every time we had a shower as there was a gap in the shower door so had to mop the bathroom floor and the living space quite a bit every time. Informed them of the issue but they didn't have a chance to fix whilst we were there - believe this has been reported by other guests in the past based on previous feedback. There was also a smell from the drainage at the back of the property so we didn't keep our front door open. Whilst the bedroom has the sliding doors to balcony the main living space do not have any windows. Minimum basic kitchen equipment provided but could do with proper cups (not just paper cups), basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, pepper, kitchen towel or drying rack for drying dishes, more than 1 kitchen knife. A drying rack for wet clothes would also be helpful for the balcony as most guests come back with wet towels and swim gears.

It is located a little far from town and activities

It’s far away from all resorts and it’s very very peaceful. Absolutely loved that. Very small because they are fairly new but overall we absolutely loved the peacefulness

Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

The pool is much smaller than the photo makes you think, which sets you up for disappointment, however once you get used to it it's really fine. They even put the bubbles on in the jacuzzi bit when the children were there in the evening which was fun.
