Bed and Breakfast Adelberga

The breakfast was available, but we were in a rush to see the city, so we didn't eat anything. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was out of this world: beautiful in a blue color, comfortable, and spacious. I wish I had more time in Salerno just for the bathroom. Ludovico was incredibly helpful. He received us before the check-in time and explained every detail that we asked for. He called a taxi for us and he even went downstairs to show us where we should wait for the cab. The beach is a few blocks away, and it's beautiful. I also wish to be able to spend more time there. This was a super well-situated room in the middle of the old city.

Nothing. Everything was excellent!

This place is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet medieval street. There was great sound insulation in the room, and the room was clean. Sharing a table with the other guests at breakfast was our favorite part -- it's a brilliant way to connect, make new friends and speak Italian. Ludovico runs the place well, and as a result, it gives off homey vibes. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with a selection of hand-crafted coffee bevs, pastries and yogurts. So, if you're looking for something more substantial, grab another breakfast when you head out. Besides, Ludovico made sure we were well taken care of.

Just two things that we wanted to point out: 1) WiFi connection was kind of spotty in our room, so to really use it, we had to be in a shared living-room. (Maybe get wifi extenders for each room) 2) It would have been nicer if staff could swap out bath towels daily, or at least give an option to grab a new set of towels. But again, I'm a clean freak...

The host was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

We didn't get good wifi in the room

It was a beautiful, cozy apartment and a comfy room. The host could not have been more kind, gracious, and generous. The breakfast was delicious and changed each morning, including eggs, different Italian meats, and cheese.

Host was extremely accommodating, did not have to wait too long for him to meet us at the location.

very comfortable home-like living/dining room common space. My room was large, a huge blue-tiled bathroom with double sinks, big free-standing bathtub and modern multi jet shower stall. Good location, walk to train station and to lovely waterfront park. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Ludovico is a great host, very helpful.

Nothing really. Stairs may be a problem for some.

i liked the way it is laid out with a sitting area not far from the breakfast table. it is in an excellent central position in Salerno and about a ten minute walk from the station

Ludovico was an extremely helpful host. He gave me suggestions on what to do in Salerno, restaurant recommendations & good general conversation

Wifi in the bedroom was a bit sporadic but not a major problem

The location is in the heart of old town. The room was clean and the hostess waited for us as agreed. The breakfast table was good opportunity to meet other travellers in the morning.

Room was quite small, not for longer stay.
