Bekir è un host simpatico, disponibile e molto accogliente. Siamo stati molto bene, la camera è come da foto e descrizione, era silenziosa, fresca ed in centro. Quindi a due passi da tutto, incluso stazione degli autobus, museo di Goreme e parco archeologico. Ottima la colazione, e la bella terrazza per vedere le mongolfiere.

Teníamos dos habitaciones, una de las dos era muy superior a la otra, era más espaciosa, más fresca y más luminosa, si solo tendría que puntuar la que tuvieron mis padres el puntaje sería 8, pero nuestra habitación (con mi pareja) baja el promedio, era algo incómoda, hacía calor, el baño era oscuro.

I recently stayed at Anatolia Cave Hotel pension with my family (2 adults and a child), and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend it based on the following: 🔴 Poor Customer Service • The staff were not attentive at all. No one asked if we needed anything during the stay. • There was no proper communication or hospitality. We felt ignored and unwelcome. 🧹 No Room Cleaning or Service • Our room was never cleaned during the entire stay. • No towels, toiletries, or water were provided unless we asked multiple times — and even then, service was slow or ignored. 🔥 Room Conditions Were Unbearable • The room was extremely hot, and the AC didn’t cool properly. • No complimentary water was given, even in high temperatures. 🍽️ Breakfast Issue • Although breakfast was included, they charged us extra because we checked out early. That was very disappointing and felt unfair. 🚫 No Room Service • No staff responded to requests, and there was no phone or room service available. ⚠️ Overall Stay Was Uncomfortable • The room felt cramped, poorly maintained, and overall the environment was not welcoming. ✅ Only Positive If I had to mention one good thing, it would be the location, but everything else made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. ⸻ Suggestions for the Hotel Management: • Improve customer service and train staff in basic hospitality. • Provide room cleaning and daily essentials like water and towels. • Don’t charge guests extra for early check-out when breakfast is included.

Gave advanced notice that I would check in late near midnight due to my flight arrival time from IST at Kayseri & they were there for me as this is family run & small-I think 6 rooms. Room was great-well designed & outfitted in a local feel & naturally cool built into the cave walls surrounding the property. Would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room but I was able to put my beverages/food in their fridge in the small kitchen where breakfast was served. Breakfast was actually good-a rarity as an included part of what you pay for-not just packaged inedible junk food but quality fruits & they even make omelets for their guests-would also be nice if they had meat based protein but they put some of my beef jerky into my omelet. Overall, while a small place w/no real amenities (didn't need any-was out & about my 2 full days in Cappadocia) the location was right in the center & thus it was a pleasant stay & the hosts, Orhan, Ibrahim & Lorraine-were all very accommodating & helpful.

Only one thing and it was a bit disingenuous & actually shocking is that when I arrived I recall there were 2 bottled waters in the room. The next morning the day after I arrived asked for another bottle & was told they would have to charge about the equivalent of 40 cents-15 Turkish Lira. Come on, man. Explained I almost never, ever go to a local ATM anywhere & get fleeced w/high fees for a local cash withdrawal & always use my credit card so I had NO local currency at all & they relented & gave me a bottle. Jeez.
