Everything was great, starting with the accomodation and placing finishing with the breakfasts. The owner is very nice and helpful.

"Nice short stay but facilities not true to the description"

The location is excellent, walking distance from the Göreme open air museum, as well as all the restaurants and touristy places. We enjoyed the great breakfast and the authenticity of this family-run pension. They also organized a balloon flight for us, which was impeccable.

The hotel does not have its own parking, despite its description, which was disappointing. It is located on a side street in the city centre along with other hotels, and the guests compete for the parking places. Our room was right next to the reception, and it was noisy. Also contrary to the advertisement, there is no sound proofing. The cleaning should be improved, and an electrician needs to fix the wires hanging from the wall in the bathroom. The hotel could use an overall renovation.

"Cozy hotel close to many attractions"

Its central location to all attractions was amazing. Walking distance to Goreme Open Air Museum as well as being close to a viewing point for the hot air balloons was remarkable. Bekir and Britt were amazing hosts and the rooms were unique and cozy.

"Superb"

The hotel manager Orhan made the trip!!! He was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness!!!

The stairs are a bit challenging depending on the room you are in.

The hosts were incredible, went above and beyond in making sure our stay was great. Our holiday was as great as it was, because of them. We loved our cave room, the breakfast, the location, the hosts recommendations and their ability to book for us.

Can't fault it. Will stay here again if we make it back!
