Fantastic location and base for us. Weren't expecting the riverside location which was perfect with a cuppa in the morning. We all loved the hot tub.

Spacious annex just off the family's main home. Offered everything we needed. Tranquil location. Small car journey to pubs and shops. Impeccably clean, even has a wine cooler.

Smaller TV in the living room compared to the bigger TV in the bedroom, but this is just personal preference.

The couple that owns this are a lovely and welcoming. They were very helpful to me and my brother when we was visiting.

The hot tub was fantastic

Wow, just wow! Up a small lane off the main road the property is built off the driveway of the owners house and is completely self-contained. On arrival, we were shown around by Mrs host (Rhianne? sorry I've forgotten your name) and told where everything was. We later met Mr Host (Huw) and spent ages talking about motorbikes! The accommodation is just lovely, with everything you could possibly want but the highlight is clearly the small garden area overlooking the river with a hot-tub and sauna. The garden is totally private and not overlooked and as the tub and sauna are undercover, can be used whatever the weather is doing. As a base for exploring this area of Wales, I really don't think you could get better. There is a pub a few minutes walk down the road, though I am afraid we were unable to try this as my wife had an accident during the Triumph off-road motorcycle course we were attending nearby and fractured her ankle. The hosts even offered for us to extend our stay due to this which was very kind.

The burners on the gas cooker seemed to be extremely hot and so it proved almost impossible to get anything to simmer on the cooker. Not a huge problem, not one I would have anticipated but, I needed to cook due to my wife's accident.

Fantastic everything, very friendly people like family members, it was amazing, need to go again.
