Location near to places I wanted to visit. staff is courteous

Room not ready at the designated time of Check-in. Waited for 15 minutes for the room to be ready The Wi-fi connection was poor in the room and not resolved till I left the hotel despite repeated requests Dental kit had to be asked for The linen was not very clean, bath towel torn
