No bad thing to mention

Everything was great, thank you for your kind and warm approach.

The only criticism I can make is the smell of cat poop in the room. It's not too bothersome but it would still be better if it wasn't there.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is also required so many suprises that are coffee items, their special grapes and wine. They're street animal lovers

Despite It's a little bit far way from Phytogoras, Vathi, it's closed to beautiful beaches in the Samos

The location is great in the middle of beach, markets and many good restaurants. We felt ourselfves like as home. Also landlord Michail is very friendly and helpfull. We rented the apartment for 4 people and it was very comfortable. Thx a lot.

Very cute and clean apartment. Wonderful and generous staff who left us a gift on arrival and allowed us to check-out late. Perfect place to relax in a nice quiet garden! Highly recommend

Everything was great! The room is a two-minute walk from the beach, it is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need, including basics like olive oil, coffee and tea. Michalis was super helpful!

There was no breakfast but great with the coffee machine and there was coffee in the room.

I did not like the shower curtain. That is it.

This is not a review of Votsalakia, but I will say that if you are looking for a peaceful Greek holiday, this is the place. Re the apartments, the host family was genuine and friendly and really could not have been more helpful. The area is peaceful, set among rural gardens, a short barefoot walk from a quiet section of sandy beach in a gap between the inevitable umbrellas. Restaurants, bakeries and cash machines are within easy walking reach. There is no parking right at the apartment but we were able to park close by with no problems. The apartments themselves are newly renovated and well appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower good. It was very pleasant to enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the balcony, basking in the warm Greek sun among citrus, olives and hibiscus. My only quibble concerns the mosquito netting at the balcony door, which did not seal very well. The owner has all the same gone to a lot of effort to suppress the local mosquitos and is working on improving the screens. One could avoid the problem by closing the glass doors to the balcony at night and relying on the efficient air conditioning, but with the doors open we found we also had no problems so long as we made use of the mosquito coil. We enjoyed Lemon Tree Apartments and would stay there again.

Lovely location, in a quiet little street but still just a minute to the main street and the beach. The studio has a nice private balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. The bed was good, and the owner super nice and helpful.
