The house was clean and comfy, the location was great, at a walking distance from Marjan hill and downtown. The owner was thoughtful to include various sanitary and toilet items which was a big help. I strongly recommend this place.

Sve je cisto i novo.Posteljina miriše i lijepo slozena. Dovoljno ručnika,peškira itd. Kreveti udobni.Pozicija App. na pravom mjestu (parkiranje besplatno) ni preblizu a ni predaleko. Gosp.Nada kao stvorena za takav posao.

Good locations in terms of being away from the old town but yet close to it.

Unfortunately the place is struggling with cockroaches. They were all very small, but however not a pleasant surprise waking up to multiple small cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom every morning. However, the host is aware hereof and is definitely trying to get rid of them. When arriving to the place there were probably ~30 dead small cockroaches laying around. Would have been ideal if they had vacuumed the place before our arrival/after using the bug spray.

We were 3 adults ... It is a bit small for three, especially for a longer stay ... but it is very very nice !! And for one night for the three of us - perfect ! Everything you need and super clean - that's the most important! The appartement is made very thoughtful, with air conditioner, an Iron and Ironing board and clothes horse prepared in the wardrobe... the Kitchen doesn't have a microwaves or oven but besides that it has everything you need - awesome !

Beautiful decorated, the space was used really well so it didn’t feel cramped but had a lot of furniture and a lovely bathroom. Great price also.

It was so hot when we were staying that the walk to the property felt like a lot but a taxi to the main area was only €6

Blizina prirodnog Parka Marjan i kraća šetnja do centra Splita . Unutrašnjost je sasvim u redu za dvije osobe!

Mjesto apartmana je zabačeno u unutrašnjosti dvorišta izmedju zgrada, noćni dolazak u apartman nije baš prijatan !

Dość blisko do morza.

Dwa malutkie okna w sypialni i łazience, przez które wpada bardzo mało światła. Właściciel chciał naliczyć dodatkowe opłaty za otworzenie zatrzaśniętych drzwi, nikt nas nie uprzedził żeby na to uważać.
