The owners were very responsive to questions.

I didn't even make it to the room which I'm sure was nice. The walk from the parking area was so dirty and covered in graffitti and unsafe. They should have pictures of the slum like conditions you have to walk through to get to it.

Everything was perfect. The location was near center, also in first floor🥰 Owners of these apartments thought about everything what a person can need while staying there. I would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Split to go there💫😊

There wasn’t anything bad with the property. It was more than what we excepted.

pas mal de petits désagréments : pas de pénombre (porte d’entrée pas occultante), porte communiquant avec un autre appartement (pas d’insonorisation), TV non fonctionnelle

Easy & flexible to check in. Being on the first floor is a plus when travel with heavy suitcases like me. And the parking is very close by. Wifi worked well.

Infested with cockroaches. We found 2 dead ones immediately (which begs the question why hadn't they even been cleaned up?) woke up to 3 live ones the next morning, and 8 more freely crawling around the following day. 2 were in the sink so they might have been coming up from there. Was incredibly uncomfortable sleeping during the night, heavily considered leaving to go somewhere else. And while looking around the place to find any more roaches we unfortunately looked under the bathroom sink which looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. Lots of hair, mold, gunk down there. Agree with those who said it's not the the noise sensitive - the front door opens onto the street and the front wall is essentially a large window that doesn't keep out much noise. I didn't have a much of a problem with it but my partner couldn't sleep. Communication with host was somewhat strained. Offered to replace their vehicle for parking, as it's public next to the complex, however took a while to receive the actual check in info. Kept saying to text 10m before we arrived and did not seem to understand we were working off wifi and couldn't freely text, despite clearly communicating that. Did not receive check in information until we arrived and had to pick up wifi from the bar across the street to even check. Managed to find a parking spot without the switch. TV couldn't change channel. Maybe we missed something but clicked all the buttons and nothing really worked. Shower didn't stay hot for long.
