Todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda y tranquila. Cuenta con articulos de cocina y refrigerador. Patricia estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier requerimiento. Recomiendo!

L'hôtesse était attentive et empathique. Elle nous a fourni de l'eau potable, ce qui était très pratique vu que le logement est à l'écart des commerces et dans un pays où l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable.

L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, il a été réparé seulement le lendemain. Aussi, le robinet de douche était brisé et énormément d'eau a coulé dans la salle de bain et tout le logement -- l'hôtesse l'a réparé avec du collant, ce qui n'a pas duré. Il manquait une patte à l'élément chauffant alors faire à manger était un peu dangereux. Il y a des cordes à linge à l'extérieur, mais il faut sortir des trottoirs pour y accéder, et le terrain est plutôt accidenté (racines, terre inégale etc). Faites attention si vous n'êtes pas très comfortable sur vos pieds!

La anfitriona es muy atenta y amable! El lugar es acogedor, cómodo, respetuoso del entorno. Excelente relación calidad- precio. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos ahí ❤️

No es en el centro de Utila Pero es súper fácil llegar y accesible. 20 minutos caminando y estás en la playa ❤️

Patricia is amazing. Super sweet and thoughtful.

It's a good distance away from the main area / dock. I rented a bike, which I definitely recommend. Part of the ride is steep, but it still really cuts down on the time, and it helped. Otherwise, the walk is probably 20 minutes. Patricia offers a great value and is wonderful to meet and the value is there. I enjoyed my time there.

Lugar cómodo, muy limpio, lo suficientemente cerca de la zona de bullicio como para ir caminando, lo suficientemente lejos como para tener sensación de relax e intimidad. Y lo mejor, Patricia, la anfitriona, una persona maravillosa.

The bedroom should have some improvements ... it was kind of old ... the bathroom is big but also super old ... we didn't feel like price was good value ... because of location and place itself ...

It was quaint, quiet, and the host was accommodating. She assisted us with locating an Uber driver and provided breakfast one of the mornings of our stay. She also provided some snacks and beverages.

It was further out of town than what we expected and we had challenges at times getting Ubers. Some of the small details that should have been double checked weren’t taken care of prior to our arrival- no batteries for the tv remote; tv would suddenly turn off while we were watching it; the A/C unit’s remote initially didn’t work; and it would take quite awhile for the water to get hot in the shower.

The casa was very clean and comfortable. Staying with a local in a friendly neighborhood is really delightful. Patricia is so friendly, caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place for the Utila island experience!
