I had a guest to visit me in 10 minutes They call 3 time And really bother me I told there is no problem he will leave in 10 minutes but they use excactly this word that if he don’t leave the room we will send security 🫤 I told for id there is no problem I can send his id by WhatsApp and also he will leave in 10 minutes However this was the last time I come there and will never come and will tell everyone for this bad behavior I stay in more than 20 hotels in Muscat on and it was the first hotel behave like this I hate your hotel

Bad service and manager in front office I requested 3 times a cake to celebrate my wife graduation but no body care about my request. I talked with front office manager she didn’t care about my complaints. This is my last time to come in this hotel And I didn’t advice anyone to stay in this hotel
