Tsvirmi Zviadi's guesthouse

We enjoyed visiting Mariam and her family during our hike from Mestia to Ushguli via Tsvirmi. When we arrived, the family made us feel incredibly welcome. They were open to sharing their culture and traditions with us. We felt like we were visiting our relatives and good friends.

Friendly welcome to a very authentic rural home, attentive and helpful. Simple room with comfortable bed, very good dinner made from scratch on wood stove.

Above all, the owners are super friendly and helpful and the daughter speaks English pretty well. The food is freshly made and excellent. We felt this was the best Khachapuri we ever had.

The only downside (if this is a criticism at all) we could hear the other guests in the upstairs room since it is a tiny wooden house. But there is a solution to this as the owners are building a separate and beautiful stone house behind the main building surrounded by their own garden with fresh herbs and products.

Had the most amazing time with Maria and her family, the house is charming in a very beautiful village, slept very well and, most of all, ate so good! Thank you again for everything, I would highly recommend!

Guesthouse is in fact a village house and you live right in the middle of it with very lovely family. Don't expect the amenities of 5star hotel since it's a small village and bathroom is shared, but it was comfy, neat and clean. Host family are really nice warm people and speak great English.

The dinner is a bit overpriced but it's ok because there's no other option in Tsvirmi to eat and also breakfast is free.

Uncomfortable beds

The guesthouse was perfect and the family recieved us so nicely. We had lunch as we arrived there and talk with the family. Nice conversation. Great place to rest and continuo for trekking.

Thank you for the heartwarming stay at your family house! Marian and her family will be attentive to all your needs, and will make sure you’ll have an amazing dinner before you go to bed. Vegetarian option is possible. Also breakfast was delicious ! We enjoyed speaking a bit of English with Marian and learning some Georgian words. The beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. The warm shower was heavenly after a hiking day. Marians family is heartwarming and the farm animals are all very sweet. We wish the family good fortune.
