The Barn Yr Ysgubor

I really enjoyed having a kitchen that was fully stocked with all the pots and pans one needs for self-catering, as well as little bonuses like milk and coffee so we didn't have to do a mad dash to the nearest shop to get basic supplies. I also enjoyed the space we were afforded and being able to follow the map kindly provided to figure out how to get walking paths.

I think the bathroom could be a tad better -- as a bigger lady, I struggled a little with the space in the bathroom. Additionally, as a disabled person, I found the bathroom difficult to navigate in particular, although it was unfortunate most of the cottage was unsuitable for even an ambulatory wheelchair user.

The property was lovely and clean and the owner was so sweet and helped us with the check in process and gave brilliant directions to find her

The initial road name was hard to see due to the hedges being more grown

Host were welcoming, and so is their dog Sprock we were supplied with milk and fresh eggs, along with tea, coffee ,sugar, choc biscuits, plenty of wood for the wood burner. washing up liquid, hand soap ,toilet rolls etc. Very close to family,(which is why we chose)lots of nice walks from your doorstep.6miles or so to local beaches. Quiet. A lovely getaway for a couple with a dog

The TV was hard to navigate at first, we changed batteries in the remote and worked better. The bathroom hot tap was a little low in the sink. But mostly the Barn was g8. Only thing wasn't so keen on was the track down to the house and barn, but after navigating a coupe of time got used to it.

The hosts were friendly, helpful and added a few little touches to make the stay more pleasant. Property was lovely, log burner amazing, perfect for what we wanted and would’ve been nice to stay longer. Would and probably will return.
