Domo Irma

The ACn didnt work from day 1, like it wasnt already hard to sleep in 33 celsius on that bed that is hard as a rock. Too bad that we didnt discover that it was easier to sleep on the floor before the last night. There is OBVIOUS MOLD in the bathroom and stairway. Coffee machine didnt work as it should, refrigerator was filled with water when we arrived so i hade to clean it out the first thing we did. The kitchen did not have a kitchen knife so when we came back after shopping to cook food for a couple of days, we couldnt really cut the food :) When we arrived, he was happy to show us that there was a parasol we could take to the beach, only to later on the beach find out that also that was broken. He said he would call and get the AC fixed, 2 days later i asked him again when are they coming, then he said ” i called THIS morning, it doesnt seen like they will fix it before you leave” called booking and told them about this and said that i wanted a refund so we could get a new apartment for the rest of the days so then MAYBE we could get some sleep on our ”relaxing holiday” They ”kindly” arranged so i would get 100 euro back after paying 1000 euro for this shitty apartment. That is not even the cost of ONE NIGHT.
