"No washer etc"

Location, spacious.

No washer (most important), no vacuum, broom and not enough utensils (cups etc). Toilet wall not clean, flooring too slippery - dangerous.

Easy instructions. Place was comfortable and clean.

Maybe, in future can upgrade with more furniture or carpet. And maybe, if i could suggest, to include a water dispenser like COWAY because there's no convenient stores nearby and the lift takes forever to go down during peak hours.
