Small window A/C unit could not keep the room cool. The staff was more than wonderful! Very friendly and helpful with anything we ask from them.

Great hotel and location

The rooms could use air conditioning. Hallways also. Other than that, great stay.

The historical building is a dream

Hotel with rich history and beautiful common areas. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The breakfast is of the highest quality and served by a very nice gentleman. Finally, the hotel is ideally located to visit the center of Salt Lake City.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, fascinating history, and good downtown location. Can't wait to get back. Dining and bar were great too.

Noisy out side temperamental thermostat and the bed was rock hard

Property is undergoing renovation and there is construction everywhere around it. The staff are wonderful. Without the ongoing construction this would be an amazing place to stay. Historic old building. We will give it another visit for sure once the construction is finished. We liked it enough that we will probably stay here again even if the construction is still going on

The "Gentleman's Club turned hotel is lovely. AMAZING history and good for the $$. VERY clean and comfortable. However---there is construction chaos on the corner of the Club and I had NO warning---figuring out where to stop and park was hard. The room door was also funky--simple, but would have been beneficial to know. Also, there was an added fee for something I wasn't told about. I wish I had known ahead of time about the construction.....I was excited to have the raved about breakfast, but alas, NOT served on the weekend. Again--wish I had known. Pretty cool place though. Walking distance to the Eccless and City Creek shopping. I would stay there again!

This is my new go to in SLC. Great location. Rooms are big and exactly what you expect them to be. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it has character for days and access to the bar and dinning room where great. Prices are unbeatable compared to downton SLC prices.
