Twee slaapkamers met twee badkamers waren goed. Het zwembad was gemakkelijk te bezoeken. Faciliteiten van wasmachine en afwasmachine waren super.

Het was prima. Houd er rekening mee dat er geen schoonmaak is en basis dingen als afvalzakken, toiletpapier zelf kopen.

La vivienda cumple muy bien con lo que se espera en cuanto a ubicación, limpieza y estado general. Nos encontramos un espacio cuidado, agradable y cómodo, lo cual valoramos positivamente. El apartamento estaba bien mantenido y resultó adecuado para nuestra estancia.

Nuestra experiencia con la gestión y el trato no fue igual de satisfactoria. Para una estancia de 5 personas durante 3 días, la provisión de básicos fue insuficiente (solo dos rollos de papel higiénico, una bolsa de basura y una pastilla para el lavavajillas). Al consultar con la anfitriona, se nos indicó que debíamos comprar estos productos por nuestra cuenta, algo que nos sorprendió. Además, en el momento del check-out, la anfitriona mostró molestia porque el lavavajillas estaba en funcionamiento y no organizado de la manera que ella esperaba, pese a que no habíamos recibido indicaciones previas sobre ello. Creemos que una mejor comunicación y más atención a estos detalles harían la estancia mucho más cómoda para los huéspedes.

The hosts were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well organised. The beach was close and so we're the shops/bars/restaurants.

No problems

Location is very central, easy walking distance to the beach and to some restaurants. It was very quiet. The pool was very nice. It is easy to drive to Abufeira, Loule (which we loved) & Faro.

You are given the bare minimum eg 1 of each for a 5 day stay for a family of 4 (which is bizarre as no-one is ever going to come on holiday with dishwasher tablets, clothes washing liquid, bin bags, loo paper, kitchen roll etc). Never had this with any other accommodation we have booked. Also you are given 1 pillow each to sleep on - like you are being rationed which is not great & welcoming. They also charge a €20 surcharge if you are late as we were with flight delays & car hire shuttle late pickup. There were numerous issues with the apartment that need attending to before other guests stay there eg toilet that runs constantly when flushed, clothes drying rack you can’t use, some drawers for clothes the bottoms are coming out & kitchen cupboard door came off hinge.

Dreadful departure experience , after being told we could stay until 4pm as had late flight , we were then told on the morning to leave at 10 , with 3 children under 6 this was not a pleasant experience
