Agriturismo Sole di Sicilia

Quite an experience! Like staying at a regional museum... but the bathroom was clean and newly built. Rich breakfast. Nice dog. Great restaurant nearby!

It is a very special place, we loved the greenery and the calm, the air and the birdsong. The house is quirky and full of old charm. The hosts are very welcoming. You can walk to Terre Nere winery who are the royalty of Etna wines and there is an excellent restaurant da Antonio in walking distance as well.

The water pressure in the shower is not great

Wonderful house, hosts and breakfast. We had a great stay, the room was spacious, breakfast was rich with enormous variety of options, it was relatively close to nearby towns but still in the middle of wonderful Sicilian landscapes! If we are in the region again we would definitely stay there again for a couple of nights

Beautifully done up traditional country house, with lovely views. Very peaceful and quiet. Easy parking, very accessible for older people with reduced mobility. Velida and her dad are wonderful hosts. Lovely breakfast room.

We loved the thoughtful touches, such as freshly baked goods from the local bakery! The property is walking distance from some lovely vineyards - we were sad that they weren't open due to the off season! The nearest vineyard that was open for tours in mid March was Donnafugata vineyard, which we were still able to walk to within one hour.

The restaurant at the end of the road was closed for refurbishment when we were visiting, so we had to drive into town for dinner. That said, the dinner we had at Ristorante San Giorgio e il Drago in Randazzo was absolutely delicious!

Very quiet and nice location

Needs a bit of an upgrade in regards to furniture and cleanliness

Located in the middle of Etna vineyards. This was the coolest place I stayed on a road trip around Sicily. Like you were staying with rich relatives in wine country.

Not much. I'm a photographer and wanted to get out early at sunrise and the gate was complicated to figure out. I should have asked the night before but it didn't occur to me.

This is the real Agriturismo feeling!! This building is just amazing, I loved everything about it! Velinda is a very kind host! And the breakfast was the best of the best!!!! You have everything you can think of to choose from!
