The property was clean and exceptional. The host provided everything we need, even included cooking oil and seasonings. The host provided very detailed information about where to park, and the procedure to get the keys fir the property one day before our arrival, which made our check in and check out of the property very smoothly. In addition, even though we never met the host, we kept very tight communication with the host. We always receive an immediate answer as soon we sent out a message.

Amazing roof top terrace. Top equipped apartment including kitchen. Two excellent Italian takeaway restaurants around the corner (Profumu di Pollo, Caruso Pizzeria). Supermarket close (In Coop). Taste the skewers at 'Ammucca - Sicilian Quality Meat Food' if you can. Try an Italian sandwich at 'Panino di notte Davide Cassia Viale Regina Margherita' and ice cream at 'Dolcidea Gelati Bianca'.

Two private terraces and the top of the roof offer a beautiful view, you are within walking distance of everything interesting in the city, this place is a perfect choice for two.

The staff always send me useful great messages very quickly. The apartment has a nice and cute balcony. I love this apartment! Thank you very much.

The shower sometimes gets cold. There is someone’s hair on hairdryer. Towel seems old and mini towel has a little smell when it get wet

The apartment is in a very good location, walking distance to Ortegia island. It is quiet in the evening and close to some Restaurants and supermarkets. There were places to park in the street for free and felt very safe. The property was clean and spacious with a very nice terrace just for us. The owner kept in touch all the time and explained all we needed for the check in and out. He was very helpful.

There is no lift so you need to climb 4-5 flight of stairs which was no problem for us. The water pressure in the bathroom was not the strongest but also not a problem for us.

Great spacious accommodation with lovely terrace. The host was really responsive and took initiative to contact me with instructions. Really clean and had all the amenities to make it a great stay.

As a solo woman traveller I would have preferred to be closer to the busy part of Ortigia. As the walk back at night seemed far. If your travelling with others it's a great location.

This apartment is perfect for you: if you like bright, spacious rooms with open terraces; if you plan to cook your own meals; if you plan to walk a lot and use the railway to get around neighbouring towns; if you plan to work remotely; if you are curious and interested in local culture. For point 3, within walking distance of 6 to 20 minutes, are: the train station with its many places of interest and bus services; the market with fresh seafood; the wonderful ancient park of Neapolis; the archaeological museum with a large collection of Greek exhibits; the historical centre, which you may need more than a day to explore. For point 4, the ideal internet connection. For point 5, the perfect host to be your friend and adviser. Also, the neighbour's dog barks very rarely). But the ringing of the bells, accompanied by the wonderful melody of the Basilica Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime, is guaranteed to please.

Sometimes there is poor water pressure. If you plan to stay in the apartment for a long time, ask your landlord about the possibility of using a washing machine.
