JD Luxury Lavanya Apartment

The apartment is new, well maintained, with awesome interiors and felt 5 star as promised. Everything has been done with a great sense of quality and taste and you can see and feel it all things like furniture, choice of linen, cutlery etc. But the best part of apartment is its location. It is quiet calm and serene. Very close to the beach, with a fantastic view of the sea, it is also close the main shopping / market hub of Pantai Cenang. It is slightly expensive but well worth the price. Perfect for family with kids.

There is literally nothing wrong with this place but if we have to nitpick, we prefer to have separate machines for washing and drying. The clothes are rarely 100% dry in machines that are washing cum drying.

1.Fairly spacious for 5 of us, minimalist decor with luxury ambience. Looks new, exactly as depicted in photos published. 2.Clean free-dust floor, fresh smell upon entrance, a little heaty though. Undoubtedly, a comfortable unit. 3.Amazing sea view, with water sports activities i.e. jet skis, para sailing, boating etc. 4.Amenities on real site, provided were as shown/mentioned. 5.All air conditioner units function well. 6.Both bathrooms are perfectly clean and look new. No leakage. Fair water pressure & functioning water heater. 7.An excellent quality of bedding, linen, towels. Comfortable pillows & beds. Soft to touch. Stain-free. Acceptable quality of bodyfoam & syampoo with soothing fragrance smell. 8.Resort facilities accessible at Rooftop i.e. gym, jacuzzi, spa/sauna, swimming pool etc. 9.Free parking in the unit's building. Accessible entrance from parking level directly to unit with an access card. Great convenience. 10.Beach accessible, just a walking distance from unit, or via resort's buggy service. 11.Ngopi Beachfront Cafe, with coffee and pastries, exactly a beachfront cafe indeed. Awesome! 12.Many eateries outlet within the vicinity, 6-10mins drive. Convenient stores, souvenir and duty-free shops are abundance within easy reach. 13.Extra single size mattress & pillow, extra blankets for 5th guest. Late check out request granted. Considerable host.

1.Master bathroom door is a barn door without lock. 2.Un-invited guests (insects) flying around at the balcony, about an hour or so at dusk. There were mosquitoes too at night. Advisable to shut all doors after dusk. Aerosol spray/vape may be handy too. 3.Only tv in the living hall is connected to internet (unifi). The tv in each bedroom remains just a display. 4.Instability of door access card detection at unit's door. On & off function mode. 5.Self Check-in. Check-in information was released at the very last minute, at about 15mins before depart from KL. Of the many travelling experiences I had with accommodation hosts, this is the first as such despite my inquiries days before my departure. Overall was a smooth check-in. 6.Required : Identity Card (softcopy) Key Refundable Deposit RM100 -obtained my refund a day after checked out.
