Nothing, worst hotel I’ve stayed in

Everything. Hotel ignored my message to respond to my request on the cancellation with reasonable explanation. Very disappointing service, this hotel gives me an unpleasant feeling and experience (old, dirty, smelly, unfriendly staff and ugly).

The advertised price, which was the lowest in the area (But it is a scam!)

It was huge scam.We reserved three rooms for six people.When we arrived, the owner informed us that the room had already been taken by walk-in customers. She then blamed Booking.com for the duplicate orders. My name was still there, and her assistant said we had already checked in (note the inconsistencies in their story). The owner then refunded us and attempted to find other rooms and hotels. However, it appeared that no other hotel wanted to pick up the phone or provide rooms. We then refused their assistance, and instead we made a reservation at another hotel ourselves. When we checked in at the new hotel, the staff then informed us that the Sea Princess Hotel is well-known for this type of scam : i.e. The Sea Princess will advertise the lowest possible rate, but if there are walk-in customers, they will assign the room to the walk-in customer at a higher price. And then they will blame Booking.com for the duplicate booking and claim that Booking.com will refund the supposed customer. (In our case, we insisted on receiving cash immediately. We have been told that some customers never receive their refund. Hotels in the area are used to Sea Princess's shady behavior and thus choose not to answer the phone when she calls. *Read another customer's review and you will notice that the hotel's scamming tactics are consistent.
