Big for the whole family

We lost a phone,nearly lost the bouquet.lost a gift . While we were still in the property the cleaning lady and the care taker lady came in the house and started cleaning.That is not good at all ,that is invading our privacy. No soaps,no hair dryer,no shampoo provided. All the cabinets were chained ,they could have cleared their stuff before making the place available in booking.com. The kitchen cabinets dirty will their dirty kitchen baking trays.the kitchen had refuse bag full of garbage.

I was allowed to check-in early. The house was clean. The back-up inverter provided uninterrupted electricity during loadsheeding. Bar area is lovely. Big and spacious kitchen. Fully air-conditioned.

Additional costs. The venue was booked, and the host was informed that I was hosting a party with 23 guests. After the non-refundable amount was paid, I was informed that there was an additional fee of R200 per person for additional guests attending the party. I ended up paying R1540 over and above the booking costs. I believe that this should have been mentioned in the advert. I was also informed that I would have access to all 5 bedrooms only to find out that the caretaker was occupying the 5th bedroom, 2 of my guests who were supposed to stay over had to go back home. Limited hot water in the morning.

the room are clean and neat and the host is very nice

the neighbors are liars they said we were making noise while we were not even there at that time. They sent the owner massages and lied.
