Mansarda al mare

Das Apartment ist schön gestaltet und die Lage ist großartig. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ca 10 min erreichbar. Zudem verfügt es über eine Garage, in der wir sogar mit einem Mini-Van parken konnten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat auf Rückfragen schnell reagiert.

Nichts für große Menschen! Um zu duschen muss man in der Badewanne unter der Dachschräge sitzen. Für jeden, der über 1,60 m ist eher schwierig. Das sollte in der Beschreibung stehen. Zudem ist das Bett eine Schlafcouch, die extrem unbequem ist. Wir haben die Matratze nach der ersten Nacht auf den Boden gelegt und dort geschlafen - die Rückenschmerzen wurden leider nicht besser.

Un po’ la vasca piccola, però é per via della struttura della mansarda e la difficoltà a rinfrescare la camera con il condizionatore dovendolo spegnere quando si usciva

Monolocale mansardato arredato con cura, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottimale, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Con pazienza si trova parcheggio nei dintorni. Staff presente e disponibile. Davvero delizioso! Consigliato!

Nel bagno la doccia risulta piccola sia di larghezza sia di altezza a causa del tetto spiovente posizionato proprio sopra. L'appartamento risulta un po' caldo nonostante il condizionatore che non riesce a raffrescarlo mai completamente.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The host was very helpful, gave us tips for what to do in Rapallo and also send recommendations for places to eat and to go. The walk to the centre of Rapallo is not long and there are also places for food and groceries nearby.

Just a recommendation, we knew about the sloping / low ceilings, specially in the shower because of one on the reviews. I would recommend to add a note to the description, as it might not be clear from the pictures and for very tall people it might be suitable.

Good host. New, clean apartment. Equipped with everything you may need, even beverages and snacks were provided. Located in the residential area, 15 minutes walk from the city center. Recommended for people of short stature and for travelling not in a hot season.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable; it’s almost impossible to take a shower if you’re taller than 170 cm. The person in the attached photo is 187 cm. If you are tall, there isn’t much space in the apartment to stand at full height. The listing photos were taken with a wide-angle lens, making the apartment appear larger than it actually is. It’s too hot, and the air conditioner doesn’t help much because it isn’t powerful enough. When we arrived, it was set to 16 degrees and ran all night, but it was still hot inside. The outside temperature in mid-August was +34°C. The check-in process is inconvenient; arrival after 18:00 is available only for an additional fee. You also have to notify the host 3 hours before your arrival time. At checkout, you’re required to take out the trash. The garage is available for a 20 euro fee per night, which is expensive
