Hotel Hanguk Villa

very simple but lovely hotel for a night or two if your are visiting sightseeng in this area. hotel located a bit aside, nothing around but we enjoyed the silence and nature. Breakfast was very deliciouse, the best roti i ate in Sri-Lanka. Stuff is helpfull and friendly.

Having already visited the nearby historical sights I had a super chill time at the accommodation. The staff were all really lovely, even are picked me up from the bus station for free. Room was a really good size and standard, peaceful setting off of the main road. I had a later check in for my next place and they kindly let me chill in the room for a few extra hours.

Villa is run by two nice brothers. Always helpful and always smiling. The villa is a bit out of the way, but the sounds of the morning are stunning. The uniqueness of the place is made even more special by the breakfasts served...I know what I'm saying, because it's hard to satisfy me with food. Comfortable bed, clean room. We wholeheartedly recommend this place

We reached the hotel too early in the morning (it was around 7 a.m.) and the guy who was at the reception was super kind and went to clean and prepare the room for us. It was amazing experience and it helped us to survive the long trin that we had. MANY THANKS!

Excellent clean room, friendly welcome. Nice fresh juice on arrival. Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

Very clean and comfortable, the staff were smiley and friendly, willing to help where able. The location is ideal for access to the busy centre but far enough away that you don't have the noise that goes with it. The beautiful views made the already enjoyable and filling breakfast, even better. AC and fan worked well!

The place is new, very nice beautiful, huge double bed, nice bathroom with hot water, the air conditioner worked really well and included breakfast.

Very helpful personnel. Really clean and new facilities. Breakfast was authentic Sri Lankan food, which we appreciated.
