What a great apartment with tons of character, high quality features, and fantastic location! We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Absolutely loved this quirky apartment. Everything was provided in the kitchen, bed was really comfortable and bathroom great. Even though there was a lot of noise outside the windows on the piazza we could barely hear it and it never affected our sleep. Host was great keeping in touch with us to make sure they where there to greet us. Would definitely stay again

It was hard finding enough light to put make up on so a light above the bathroom mirror would be great plus a towel rail. The only toiletries in the bathroom is hand wash so you would need to take shampoo and conditioner. Only small things as the apartment was one of the best I’ve stayed in

The appartment has certainly its own distinct charm. Located conveniently in the middle between the train station and the main attractions/sights.

Although the apartment looks wonderful in pictures, it is not practical. Like for instance, there is a reason why apartment floors are not made of bricks anymore - it is impossible to clean such floors. Likewise with wooden walls in the bathroom, look nice in pictures but collect too much dirt in practice. The biggest issue, however, is that it is located literally next to one of the loudest (if not THE loudest) squares in the city. Every night there is a loud techno until early morning. Closing the windows does not help, as the music goes straight from the bar right below the apartment, so it goes through the walls. Then when the party is over, the cleaning truck comes and collects empty bottles etc, also not super quiet. So if you enjoy nightlife, and want to hang around until early mornings, this could be an excellent place. If you want some sleep during the night, then go elsewhere. Frankly, this should be mentioned in the description, and not just in the comments section. So overall, if I want to be honest, can't rate it higher than 5/10.

A unique property right in the heart of Pisa’s old town. So easy to walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other attractions. A wonderful host who was very flexible and offered lots of great advice.

Fantastic location and Lorenza is a great host! The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being NYE and right on the square we heard very little noise due to the thick walls.

Be aware that the property is very old so the floor is a little dusty. Bring slippers to avoid bits in the bottom of the bed. An option to sleep four would be even better as we usually travel as a four. Maybe an option for a blow up bed or could two children sleep on the sofa bed?

Great location!

A bit noisy at night with a square immediately below the room that gets very busy at night and goes very late. A lot of mosquitoes at night because there are no screens on the windows so opening them for fresh air lets them in.

Super clean, great location, comfortable bed, easy check in.
