Cozy Loft

Everything was excellent from the very beginning. I had safe and secured parking for my bike in the yard, the host was very friendly and kind, the premise was as in the highest rate hotel. Location excellent, very quiet, near the pedestrian street.

Indeed a cozy apartment which is quite spacious for two people. Lovely hosts. Very recommended!

* Perfect location: it's quiet at night, and it's 1-2 minutes to the center on foot * Private parking * Always hot water * The keys are very easy to get on arrival * The hosts are very kind * There are many appliances in the kitchen * The accommodation is even prettier in person

* There aren't any blinds in the living room, so the neighbours can probably see you at night * It would be good to have more towel hangers (in the kitchen and bathroom) * The ceiling is a bit low at the corners, so although it was great for us, I don't think it will be comfortable for tall people

I stayed at this apartment in Bitola for 7 nights as a Genius Level 3 guest. I left the place clean, vacuumed twice (including on checkout day), and put all dishes in the dishwasher. About an hour after checkout, the host messaged me saying “my apartment is a total mess” and accused me of breaking a lamp. I found this very unfair, and I felt attacked and offended. It honestly ruined the end of my vacation and took away from the joy of the whole trip. The issue was a cheap paper lamp shade (attached the image) and a curtain tie that accidentally ended up in the vacuum cleaner—nothing intentional. The communication from the host was rude and unprofessional, with a blaming tone. During the stay, I ignored several issues: very low ceilings (my partner is 185 cm and hit his head multiple times), strong vibrations like a light “earthquake” whenever doors were closed on lower floors, only 4 towels for 7 nights (and one had to be used immediately to prevent slipping in the shower as there were no slippers), and no basic kitchen items like napkins or kitchen towels. We didn’t complain and even bought extra ourselves. To be treated like this after leaving, despite taking care of the apartment, is unacceptable. It ruined my vacation

Very clean and super quiet. Really good distance to the city centre and there is a beautiful park just around the corner. The owner was very polite.

There was a slight toilet smell in the apartment. We could only smell it when entering the flat.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and has all the amenities you would need. A private parking spot was available in front of the house. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighboorhood, with a supermarket near by.
