A capacidade de se colocar num espaço relativamente pequeno, tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias de repouso.

Falta de varões na Instalação sanitária e mais cabides para colocação de roupa. A entrada exterior do edifício podia ter melhor apresentação e devia ter um sinal de indicação do alojamento.
