I feel the 8+ rating on Booking.com is a bit misleading. The condition of the room did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The only access to the rooms is through a shared balcony, which compromises privacy as other guests frequently pass by
INThe hotel is very clean and the location is also very approachable which is near tiger fall. The staff is very helpful and the services are very quick. Everyone was very cooperative. The food was very tasty, just like home. The view is also amazing from the hotel.

ININBuffet breakfast should be organized. If necessary, can be included in the room charges.
Hygiene was a big problem. too many flies in the room. No cupboard in the room to keep your stuff. No lobby or reception. One person is the receptionist, room service, housekeeping bell boy etc. just making a few rooms should not qualify it as a hotel and be listed on a site like booking .com with 8+ rating.
ININThe hotel is located 10 km away from the main chakrata market in a remote, beautiful location. Amenities are basic but clean and sorted. Value for money.
Food is expensive and don't justify the cost.
