Filip was an excellent host, meeting us at the ferry and then showing us around the apartment. He also gave us a detailed list of restaurants and activities. We loved being able to walk out of our apartment and swim below.

We liked everything about this property. Fillip the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was stunning, extremely well equipped, spotless and aesthetically very pleasing and comfortable. The outside area was a joy to sit in and enjoy the stunning views. Also within easy walking distance of Korcula town. Loved it!

Das Apartment hat alles was es braucht, ist modern eingerichtet und hatte sogar zwei Terrassen-Lounges inkl. Sonnenliegen. Aber das Highlight ist, dass man einen direkten Zugang zum Meer hat, inkl. eins Stegs! Bei Bedarf wird man auch vom Taxi-Boot dort abgeholt bzw. kann sich zurückbringen lassen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit normalen Preisen) sind zu Fuss etwas weiter entfernt; zumindest für einen grösseren Einkauf. Aber man kann ja mit dem Taxi zurück. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingegen. Habe mich selten so gut erholt wie in dieser Woche. Empfehlenswert!

Ich denke trotzdem, dass das Apartment überteuert ist, trotz den ganzen Pluspunkten. Wenn man nur die Wohnung benotet, entspricht sie nicht den Luxusnormen, der Preis schon. Man kann den Zugang zum Meer, welcher eigentlich öffentlich ist und nicht Teil des Hauses, nur Teilweise mit einberechnen. Aber in diesen Fall spielt dies die Hauptrolle. Ist in Kroatien leider die Norm geworden und nicht fair. Die Wohnung ist etwas klein und sehr ringhörig; man hört zum Teil Gespräche mit. Daher fürs Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ein klarer Minuspunkt.

Nice private beach/platform and modern tasteful appartment

Superb property, beautifully appointed and great location. Particularly loved the proximity to the water and the access to the private beach. The host was amazing, very accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean, new, fully equipped. Private beach, stunning view, close to the old town.

Water pressure is poor and showering was troublesome because the shower tap switch jumps on its own from one position to another and gets your hair wet without you wanting it ... but I am sure they will change it. We stayed 9 days and we would expect that the apartment is cleaned once in awhile. You wash towels, bedsheets and vacuum for yourself if you want to but you have all the facilities.
