Bronze Beach Villa

Location was perfect, walk through to the beach was short and convenient. Shopping mall and food outlets just a few kms from the venue. Beach amenities were offered, this made our day out at the beach nice.

Excellent location, well appointed apartment with luxury features that ensure a very comfortable stay. New aircons have been fitted that are extremely effective.

It was really beautiful and peaceful. It was exactly like it was advertised on here. Sandra was very lovely and helpful. The property is safe, easily accessible and has all amenities that one would need. It is really great value for money.

On our arrival there was a gentleman by reception I think his name was Johannes. He was very rude and unwilling to help. Upon arrival to reception he was very dismissive and implied that we were at the wrong location to a point where he bluntly implied that we got scammed without even attempting to go through our booking or escalate the matter with someone who could provide clarity. He almost sent us away, if it wasn’t for the lovely helper miss Sandra we came in to assist just in time we would have been chased away from the property. This was really an unpleasant experience and he didn’t even apologise even after it was proven that he was in the wrong. We had traveled from very far and had spent so much money to come and rest. This was a terrible first encounter because whoever is at reception sets the tone on how guests get to experience your property. We are still very upset about this incidence. I really hope that this matter is addressed so that future guests that get this same treatment.

Payments not well integrated with Booking.com (which seems common in S. Africa).

It’s one of the nicest setup units in that area, feels like home away from home. With exceptional views. I would buy the unit in a flash if it’s for sale.

The Aircon’s are old and not working again, this is a constant complaint by many guests. I would not stay there in summer
