Isolated not an inviting building, odd structure and cold and unwelcoming. We paid too much for this place.

一部改善の余地あり。まず枕が柔らか過ぎ。硬軟両方取り揃えるのが良いのではないか。トイレのバリアフリーが無い。私の家族が障害者なので１段上がるスタイルは不可。部屋のトイレが少し傾いていた。フロント係が一部の人だが笑顔が足らない感じがした。チェック前にトイレを拝借しに行ったのだか何か面倒くさい顔をしていた。サービス業なのだから何時も笑顔が必要不可欠なのでは。部屋外のトイレの開け締めの鍵も、手が不自由な人は中々開けづらい。まあスタッフは良かったが会津人の気質なのか余り対人に慣れないのかな。そんな感じがした。
