Overall it was a good stay.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and the stay was not cheap.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The shower had all mould in it as well as hair from other occupants. No bench space in bathroom. Dishwasher missing front so had to hold it open to put stuff in. It was also very hot as the sun comes directly into lounge and bedroom. Road noise was also bad and next door occupants had an argument at 11pm at night.

The location was great and it was easy check in and nice space and a clothes washing machine

It was mostly clean however the bathroom wasn’t to a good standard. There was grout in the shower which was black. This was mainly in the shower floor area. Block mould at edges and up the wall in the grout. Other parts of wall tile grout was dark brown when the grout was actually white. There was also a lot of dust on the top of the bathroom wall tiles. It was like the cleaners just give it a quick clean but no attention to detail! The small fry pan in kitchen needs replacing as it doesn’t sit flat on the stove hotplate. The lid also didn’t fit causing condensation to drip Onto the hotplate. The hotplate needs some maintenance with a good quality cream cleanser. Knives are all blunt. It’s very frustrating when trying to chop vegetables.
