The accommodation was clean and confortable.

Wi-Fi should have been free, bát the Wi-Fi is only next to the restaurant which is not included in accomodation.

Everything about this place was STUNNING

Bath - cant run a bath unless use the shower Shower - floor broken - extremely difficult to get to either shower or toilet due to basin No clear instructions on collecting keys. Telephone number on the booking was for an ex employee Receptionist - needs training on booking system and client care

Booking was not honored. When I got to Mossel Bay I phoned to hear where the place was. The phone number was that of Village point Hotel who said i didnt have a booking, although I had my reference number. The place we booked was also not at the spot that the map said it would be. Eventually after three hours we found it (from the photo on bookings.com) We then learned that it IS handled by village point hotel. Their staff was so unhelpfull. The manager had such an arrogant attitude. They wanted us to pay for new accommodation. After we started standing firm they offered another place for free. This was at 19h15. I wanted to book in at three. We were there for a wedding, I did not even have a place where my family could dress. My whole weekend being spoiled i got into my car and drove home. These people did not want to give me the owners number. In the end I found his contact details on the internet. If I could give a lower score than 1 I would.
