"Not recommended for those who doesn't like to go up stairs."

Very Spacious. Big living area. Have big TV. Bed is comfortable. Have aircon, washing machine.

Apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator. Living area is on the main floor. You need to go up stairs to the main bedroom. Not recommended for those who can't climb stairs. Place is old and cluttered. Bathroom narrow and old. Several mirrors are distorted.

"Great location and appartment"

Nice, big and clean appartment located in the center close to everything. We did not meet the owner, but Simona, who handles the rent. She was so nice and friendly, gave us lots of good advice for Palermo. We spend a whole day seeing the town from Electric scooters, is was a great way to ger around and the children (12 years) loved it.

It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases

The apartment was clean, well maintained and the bedroom loft was a nice feature.

The lock to the front door to the apartment gave us a problem. We were not able to unlock the door to get inside. We had to contact Simona to let us in,and it took her serveral attempts before she got the door unlocked. We were very fortunate that she was around to help us out. Thank you Simona for coming back to out rescue.

"A quirky, stylish apartment"

This property is quirky and full of character. There are bed choices. The biggest bed, bath and a separate toilet are up steep steps among the ceiling beams. It is comfortable and designed with Italian flair. It is Abi e a fairly quiet street and a 10-15 minute walk to the historic centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There are about 60 steps up to the property and the beams are low in the upper part of the apartment. So I’d suggest it suits people who feel less than 60 and measure less than 1.8m tall!
