La ubicación, calidad precio... La comodidad... Estupendo!! Muy importante,enfrente del portal hay una cafetería, pastelería con nombre Abreu que es maravillosa, tanto la calidad como la profesionalidad del personal...

Algún detalle que para mí no es nada importante, no sé si es por ignorancia pero no fuimos capaz de hacer un café y poner un poco la televisión, las persianas costaba manejarlas y las puertas de los balcones costaba manejarlas...
