I want to note the hospitality of the hostess of the house especially. A wonderful place for breakfast in the garden. Breakfast is lovingly prepared, but unfortunately only sweet. Perhaps we were not there long and there are other options. The interesting architecture of the building and the room itself is pleasant, but I recommend putting mosquito nets on the windows. Overall, very pleasant impressions of the chosen place!

The architecture of the building, big bathroom, super friendly host, very helpful and making our stay as pleasant as it possible. The special treatment we recieved make us feel at home. It is evident that the hosts have an eye for detail. Free parking arround the house. Cristiana help us a lot for organising and get the maximum of our trip arround the Lake Como. I recomend this place for couples.

The breakfast was small and no choice, nothing salty, only sweets. But the coffee was great and everything was homemade and delicious.

A peaceful, quiet place, not far from Milano (by car) and from Como lake. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. A somewhat unusual for us breakfast, but very tasty and nourishing, consisting mainly of yogurts, fruits and cakes, accompanied by host's detailed explanations.

Quite small shower cabin, may not be convinient for big men or pregnat women. For us it was OK.

Incredible building and very clean suite. Considering the age of the property the place really was very clean, more like what you’d expect in a modern property. Cristiana was lovely and welcoming and made a real effort with our breakfast making us a special vegan apple cake which was delicious. The rest of breakfast was also excellent. The view of the lakes was glorious.

The wifi signal didn’t quite reach the bedroom/top floor and there were only three tv channels working so would recommend downloading something downstairs if you want to indulge and watch some telly in bed! There were tea and coffee facilities listed on the description which weren’t in the room so if you need these it may be worth checking beforehand.

We arrived on Assumption Day and unfortunately nothing was open but hosts were extremely friendly and helped us find somewhere locally to eat. Wonderful hosts and breakfast was great.

We stayed in the top room and the stairs were very steep. No air con in the lounge which was a struggle in the heat and the bedroom although cooler, we had to put the air con out the window meaning the window had to stay open all night.
