Sijainti vähän syrjässä omakotitaloalueella, mutta nimensä mukaisesti yläkerrassa olevan keittiön ikkunasta aukeaa todella hienoa panoraamamaisema, teräviä vuoria ja Saltstraumenin siltakin. Omistaja oli ystävällinen mutta jätti meidät omaan rauhaamme, ja koska ei ollut muita vieraita niin saimme nauttia talon yläkerrasta kuin omastamme. Huoneita on 4 ja kylppäreitä kaksi. Keittiö on iso ja valoisa. Kaikki paikat siistejä. Paikan hinta-laatusuhde oli erittäin kohdallaan.
