THE HOTEL has it own identity. I guess the owner must be a CLASSIC VW fan. I LOVE the interior design. 😍In front of my room, a set of furnitures made of old sewing machine. Awesome!! The highlight moment was, when you enter the lobby, a REAL half body of VW car welcomed you. So cute 🤩 Their staff were friendly. My room was Clean, bed and pillow were superb. A sachet of coffee&tea were given free but No kettle in the room. Had to get hot/cold water from the machine outside the room. You forgot to bring your personal brush/toothpaste? You can purchase them from the room. Just scan QR. I stayed for 3nights and the Housekeeping was excellent. Clean our room entirely neat. Ohyes! Smart TV with WiFi available The location is perfect for me. If you fly in by flight, no transport - no worry. GRAB food & car availabe. Mini market, eating outlets, bank, shops and laundry were just round the corner and walking distant.

1. NO LIFT. Walk up Stairs. WARGA EMAS and wheelchair user not adviseable to stay. 2. Well.. I just want to address a few thing regarding this. For the hotel to improve in the future. Customer service at the counter/office should serve guest properly and delivered informative feedback correctly. Dont let the guest calling or emailing back, to ask about their requests & feedbacks. The situation: Before I booked in advance, I called the hotel to check wether they have rooms available on the ground floor and a lady answered "YES available". Then I booked in advance, the same day via Apps, requested for ground floor room availablity, as I am a Warga Emas and cannot climb the stairs. UNFORTUNATELY when I checked my apps, 2 days later, my request was not look into. No feedback. So I requested twice, as reminder. The next day, when I was at the airport, a lady from the hotel called and informed me that the room was not available because under renovation ! Despite, my request was submit days before my departure time. No one told me it was not available. Then the day I surposed to land in Kedah, suddenly the staff told me, "Not Available. We'll give you the 1st floor unit .. " and Poor me I have to climb the stairs !! I was so damn dissappointed coz I could find other hotel if they tell me earlier when I first call in the hotel! Worst part, when I check out, I was told that the room is available all this time requested. Just because the management reserved the room for guests who are needed, warga emas and any healthy problem maybe the staff then got confused? There you are. *READ my request properly. I did mentioned - I am a warga emas with knee problem and cannot climb the stairs. 3. The FRONTDESK staff should have a pleasant attitude toward your guests. Do give a sweet face even you had a bad day. Assist guests, especially the children, Warga Emas or OKU with their bags, or else find someone who can carry bags to upper floor.
