Dunia has expansive and lovely grounds with plenty of parking space. The suite room was very comfortable, with large bathroom, lots of storage, and pleasant sofa/chair seating in the extra room. Superb breakfast, with attentive service. The location is very quiet in a outlying part of the central city, but there were shops, restaurants, and markets nearby.

The internet did not truly reach the room so we needed to use our own service. The large TV was defective, but the staff worked hard to remedy that problem. The pool seemed to be under reconstruction but not anywhere near completion. Not ready access to the heart of the city except by car or taxi. The price of the room should come with somewhat better resources in the facility.

only stayed one night so no real test

Very old facilities. Some room no hot water for showering and they think it's not a problem. It takes very long time to let them fix it.

The location and the staff were friendly and helped resolve the issues that came up. The rooms were spacious however a bit too dark. Internet worked well for work purposes.

I had been in touch with the hotel and had scheduled airport pick up. They confirmed they had received the information and a driver would pick me up. When I arrived, there was no driver and I had to figure out and ask for help to call the hotel so they could send the driver. It was a frustrating start. The hotel did not mention that the pool and gym were undergoing renovation so it had very little to offer and was not worth the value for the offer. When I raised this issue, the hotel did offer a discount which was helpful but still I think it was too expensive for what it offered. The credit card machine did not work and I was not informed. This was very stressful as I had to go get cash at an ATM to pay for the hotel fees. The hotel was helpful in having their driver take me to find an ATM that would accept Master card. While very inconveneant the staff was very friendly in helping out with this issue.

THE PRICE THEY ASKED AT THE RECEPTION WHEN I ARRIVED WAS HIGER THAN THE ONE SAID IN BOOKING WHEN I BOOKED. USELESS SHOW THEM MY RESERVATION MADE BY BOOKING THEY WANTED A DIFFERENT PRICE
