Maison Vivian - Rooms

Great location! You can park in a big lot very close by for 10 euros a day, and the rooms are a quick walk to the sea and to the charming main piazza full of cafes, shops, restaurants. Rooms were very clean, bottled water provided, great shower.

Must be able to climb the stairway up to the rooms, so not handicap accessible.

Location - close to centre of Marzamemi and the seaside. Good contact with the owner.

We took the option with breakfast included as we are doing so travelling with kids. We got a voucher to the bakery in the building. We were so disappointed when it appeared that „the breakfast” is only croissant…and half cappuccino, cause you have 2,5euro to spend per person. Calling it „breakfast included” in the booking offer is misunderstanding. What is more - the WiFi was so weak like almost not working. We checked it sitting close to router. We had to use our own mobile data. Last but not least, it was a noise in the night so we couldn’t sleep. The owner said that it was from the bakery outside but be had room from the other side so it had to be something inside the installation, maybe water installation. We don’t know but after the night there we were so tired 😞

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: centralissima, a pochi passi dal mare e comodissima anche per chi arriva in auto, grazie alla vicinanza del parcheggio. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e accogliente. Le camere sono luminose, ben arredate con arredi nuovissimi e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare o dove mangiare.

Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione. Abbiamo preferito cambiare ogni giorno andando in bar diversi. La posizione è ottima.

L'ingresso è sul retro di un panificio. Il profumo nell'aria è invitante, ma la strada potrebbe essere tenuta più pulita.

Posizione strategica,vicino al parcheggio,in centro,vicino a tutti i servizi e vicinissimo al mare.Lo consiglierò a chiunque vorrà andare a Marzamemi. Proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili. Ho messo 9 solo perché essendo in centro si sente un pochino di rumore fino a tardi. Poi che dire del forno,pasticceria,panetteria proprio sotto casa!il TOP
