Ubicación, cama de matrimonio, era muy tranquilo y acogedor, con una terraza enorme.

Olor a humedad y que no habia escoba ni recojedor.

El apartamento precioso súper limpio ordenado es genial para una pareja hemos estado como en casa de verdad. Patricia la dueña un amor lleguemos antes de la hora que teníamos que entrar en la casa y nos dejó entrar a las 12:30 y al irnos igual teníamos que dejar la casa a las 11:00 y nos dejó hasta las 13:00 eso no lo hace cualquiera nosotros hemos estado en varios sitios y nunca una casera a sido tan amable como ella le doy mill gracias !!!! En el centro tiendas al lado bares etc todo a mano .La casa tiene de todo lavadora plancha ,cafetera ya os digo que es una maravilla de casa que no le falta ningun detalle !!!

We booked Casinha de Formosa for 5 nights, but had to leave after just one night there. On our first morning there, we found one dead cockroach behind the bathroom door. Didn’t think much of it so we disposed of it. However, when we came back to the apartment, we were welcomed by a couple of cockroaches running around the common area. We entered the apartment and found another cockroach behind the bathroom door where we had originally found the first one, and three more under the bed. It was clear that this was not an isolated problem, but that this infestation had been ongoing for some time. We suspect that there are nests of cockroaches behind the wall panelling. To make matters worse, when we've informed Patricia, the owner, instead of concern or empathy, she completely dismissed our serious concerns, saying, “Tomorrow I'm going to the apartment and do cleaning and I'll throw some liquid for insects. In reality, the cockroach is harmless and may have appeared for the simple fact that the building next door was under construction. Yesterday when you entered, you didn't find anything.” This response is shockingly disrespectful and shows a total lack of responsibility and basic human decency. To call cockroaches harmless is both incorrect and deeply insulting. These are unhygienic pests that should never be present in guest accommodation, let alone in the bedroom and bathroom. It is absolutely disgraceful and beyond negligent that the host dismisses this issue so flippantly, revealing a total disregard and shocking ignorance of the risks posed to guests’ health and safety. This is unacceptable and should never be tolerated. Her message showed no accountability, no apology, and no understanding of the stress this caused. Instead, she deflected blame onto us for not “finding anything” when we arrived — as though we should have started our holiday by going on a pest inspection.

Very good location, apartment with plenty of space for 2 people ideal. Has all the equipment that is needed. It has an easy access, the apartment is still in a good condition. The owner was helpful and answered all my questions or requests.

Well we couldn't use the outdoor space. It's right next to the construction site what we didn't know. They started to make noise during the week from around 8am so you can have it instead of the alarm clock haha. Also the garden area looks obviously so much better only on the pictures.

Location is perfect. Easy check-in. Large space for a couple. Coffee machine. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. I would stay there if I visit Porto again.

Beutifull house, plus amazing location, you are within 30m everywhere walking and you got public transports aswell nearby

The location was perfect and there was no noise from outside or adjoining properties.

The outside area is a bit disappointing, it doesn't get any sun and seemed to attract a lot of flies, however it was fine for getting washing dry. The amount of towels left for 4 nights was not really enough and a few more hooks around the bathroom would be useful.

Not supercentric but nice location, woth all the amenities (washing machine, coffe machine, dishwasher, etc), and a great terrasse!

The bathrooms were a bit too tiny.
