- The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from Ooboke Station upon prior reservation. It operates once a day, leaving the hotel at 09:50 and the station at 15:10 - Please request the shuttle at the time of booking or contact the property directly at least 1 day prior to arrival. - Please note that the shuttle is not available without reservation. Extra guests exceeding the room occupancy will not be accommodated under any circumstance. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. Please also inform the property in advance if children require meals. Children 3 years and under can be accommodated in an existing bed free of charge. Please contact the property directly for more details. Please note that the view bath is closed from 10:00 until 11:30 daily, and is closed from 10:00 until 15:00 on Wednesday.Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
