The Sawai Heritage

This place was the best accommodation in my entire trip to India. The hotel is pretty much brand new, nice, comfortable and beautiful. But the best of all were the hosts, Harshit and Nilesh and the whole team. They were super kind, helpful and attentive. They helped me book safaris and they made sure at all times that I was comfortable and had what I needed for a memorable stay. And the food! Amazing too, some of the best I had in India. On top of that the place has great affordable prices. I wouldn’t doubt staying here, this is the best choice in Sawai Madhopur! Thank you Sawai Heritage for a great stay, the only thing I didn’t like was leaving! :)

This was the best place I have stayed in India, good breakfast, a spacious room and really nice staff with good service. They also arranged a tiger safari for me which was the highlight of my trip!

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Check-in was seamless, and I was immediately impressed by the hotel's elegant ambiance.

Such a lovely place! The rooms are very clean and cosy! Amazing garden very well maintained that allow you to have a peaceful relaxing time far from the noisy roads! Plus they are building a pool!! The food is very typical and so delicious! Plus the staff and specially the owner Harshit are amazing! Harshit helped me with so many things I was struggling! From the finding last minute places for safari at very good prices up to book bus ar transfers! Such a nice and kind person! Such a valuable accomodation for o good price! Defenetly recommend this place if you want a peaceful and cosy stay!

The owner, Hershit, is gentle and warm and so accommodating. He booked two safari tours and a taxi ride to the fort and temple, and he helped us buy train tickets. He and one of the staff cook healthy and tasty traditional vegetarian food, so good that we ate dinner at the hotel three of the four nights we stayed there. The courtyard is a definite plus and is quiet and clean and overlooks a grassy lawn and the garden where the hotel staff grow vegetables. Being two or three blocks from the main street, you feel isolated from the incessant honking and roar of motorcycles. At 5 pm and other times of day you can hear people singing prayers. The neighborhood is safe, and we enjoyed meeting some of the local kids and young adults around us. The bed was large and firm but comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean, and room lighting and outlets ample. We felt that staying three nights was a minimum because it gives you a couple days to do safaris and to maximize your chance of seeing tigers, and we stayed a fourth night just to give us more time to get to know this small city.

I wish the windows had screens so they could be opened at night, but there is room AC, so it’s not a real drawback.

Perfect Stay – Amazing Service & Delicious Food! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The manager and the staff were incredibly kind and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. He was very approachable and helped me with all my questions, whether it was about local attractions, transportation, safari or special requests. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Breakfast, in particular, was a highlight! Another great aspect was the excellent service. The staff was always helpful and even arranged my drop-off at the train station, making my departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, a perfect stay – I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
