"Maintain hyegine of hotel."

Room size is very good.

Staff was not very co-operative, room found dirty. Bathroom was with little water near toilet area.

"I wasn’t allowed to stay there. Thank goodness because the place does not look like the photos."

I got there. This place does NOT look like in the photos. They refused that I stay there because I had a foreign passport. When I asked them why they accepted my booking, they said that they have informed Booking.com about this.

The location is bad. It does not look like in the photos. And they did not want me to stay there.

Location and Property is good. Staff needs to be trained on availability of things in area and also to maintain rooms on timely basis

Room Facilities like Enteftainment, AC weren't good.

The staff denied we had a booking and said they didn't accept foreigners, before turning us away at 1am. Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel, staff were rude and said the hotel wasn't even on booking.com, even though I was showing them on my phone. We then had to walk the streets looking for another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

Staff were dreadful and pretended we didn't have a booking. We had to try to find another hotel nearby at 1am
