SEThe neighbourhood felt really nice and safe. The house is very spacious and it look very fresh and clean. Modern look. Very nice to have bed linen + towels included. As well as the departure cleaning. We just were asked to take rubbish out and load the dishwasher. Host was attentive, and fast response. We checked in late, so the keys were accesible but he was also attentive of our arrival.
I’m glad the dogs are welcome otherwise we wouldn’t have rented it. However, in the description it says “not extra fee” which is not true. We were asked to pay 200 sek for the dog. So, i did mention to the host he should update the description. Maybe too modern look so it doesn’t feel so cozy. The house was a bit chilly in the morning.

It would be nice to have blackout curtains in each room used for sleeping and instructions or diagram for turning on the shower in the big bathroom. We couldn’t figure it out
SEit is big, not far away from Sandviken if you have a car.
it is cold in the house, the temperature control system does not work effectively. The floor is ceramic not wood, cold. Quilts are very thin, wet covers for extra bed. Only a very small dryer which doesn’t work properly. No place to dry or warm clothes, which is very important in Sweden during winter and spring. Thorough cleaning is needed before checking out but there is no clear instructions on checking out and cleaning. Not recommended especially in winter and spring.
SEThe entire house is clean and comfortable. The owner replyed to my questions fast. This is an adorable place to stay! Thanks!
