Casa Iaia

I like the inside of the apartment, it was very spacious, clean and the furniture was nice.

I didn't like the main entrance to the building; it was dark, it looked dirty and smelled like garbage, the main bathroom didn't have hot water, that was very inconvenient. It was stated to me via text message that the building had no elevator but that it was located on the first floor, but when we got there, we had to go up to 3 long flights of stairs to get to the apartment, in the United States, this apartment would have been considered to be on the third or fourth floor, it was difficult to bring up and down our luggages. The worst of everything was the main building entrance horrible smell, every time we were entering and leaving the building, my experience there would have been much better there if the building were not so smelly. The building manager must do something about that horrible smell, "it is a bad welcoming to the building".

Great spacious and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and spacious showers with hot water. WiFi worked very well and the location was simply excellent. Anita was kind enough to grant a late checkout which was very helpful.

The entrance to the building was not great but we trust that the building admin will take measures to improve that.
