ROThe host is very responsive and she was really accommodating with us and our baby - including setting up the cot, a baby highchair, and some surprise baby playing cards 😁 There's also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The location is perfect - with great food options nearby, a Carrefour 2 minutes walking distance, 5 minutes to the city center and 20min to the tower. (Pisa is somewhat small - at least the touristy part - even the airport is a 30min walk away) We were traveling by car and although there is public parking available on the main street, we chose to keep it parked at a garage 2 minutes away just to be safe. The host was kind enough to call them and arange a reserved space (the garage is inside a ZTL, and you have to be sure there's a space waiting for you so they'll communicate your plate to the police and avoid a fine).
Taking the trash out to the bins on the street is somewhat unpleasant, but not a big deal in the end. And make sure you remember to leave the garbage card on the apartment when you check out 😁 It didn't bother us, and we knew it going in - from other reviews, but I'll list it just in case it matters for others - it's an old, uninsulated building, and it gets a bit noisy on weekends from 19-20 to 23-23:30 due to the pizza place downstairs. For us, it was actually a plus that we had great pizza just outside of the apartment. And the baby slept through the noise without an issue.
SEFairly newly renovated apartment with comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, as well as lovely art photography on the walls. We travelled with two young children and the host made sure the little ones found toys and games, as well as kid plates and cutlery and a child seat at the table for our youngest. Really noisy. We did know this beforehand but it's a lot louder than you think.
ROThe apparent is very well located, near most of the town objectives. The apartment is in an old building, but that makes it authentic and pleasant. The interior is modern inside and spacious.
The apartment is located on top of a restaurant and it could get noisy at times until very late. Because the apartment is located on a narrow alley, the natural light is not great, but in compensation, there are quite a few windows and large in size.

DEVery clean and well equipped apartment in a great location at the center of Pisa but on a quiet small street. Both bedroom and leaving room are air conditioned (very important in the hot summer days). Paola, the owner, is very nice and fast to respond to all messages.
Could use some hangers in the bathroom.
LTROLocation is close to center and rail station, close to good restaurants. Apartment is clean, in a quiet area, and you can arrive by foot to the station or to city center.
