Ruken Hanım Konağı

Merkezi bir alanda olan ruken hanım konağında çok iyi ağırlandık odalar temizdi eski olduğu için dolaplar vs biraz zor açılıyor tabi ama biz genel itibari ile otelden ve personelden çok memnun kaldık tekrar gideceğimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim

Otel konum itibariyle çok güzel,heryere yürüme mesafesinde.Ayrıca teras katının manzarası mükemmeldi.Odalar geniş ve tertemizdi.Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağım.

Very good hotel, perfect location within walking distance of all sites, comfortable bed, quiet and strong air conditioning, small but strong shower, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast which you can take up to the lovely rooftop terrace where there is a view of the castle.

There was only a thin curtain on the window, which let a lot of light in once the sun came up. We tried to fix this by putting a towel over the window, but it still let some light in once the sun came up.

Oda da ufak tefek aksaklıklar olsa da genel olarak kalınabilir, her yere yakın olması ile de avantajlı durumda kalınabilir bir yer.

Konaklama yeri çok güzeldi. İlki alakaları çok iyiydi. Sadece mini buzdolabı yoktu onundışında herşey çok iyiydi.

We loved how perfectly located Ruken Hanim Konaği is in Gaziantep. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and do in Gaziantep, so we were able to walk everywhere. But most of all, the warmth, kindness and hospitality of Osman, the proprietor, and his family was the element that will remain with us forever. From our initial reservation to our final farewell, hotel staff could not have been more helpful and generous. Osman arranged airport transportation for us and, most of all, provided so much extra care and attention when I became sick during our visit. Breakfast was a much-anticipated daily treat, our room was comfortable and completely met our needs and the shower was perfect. We are already planning our return to Gaziantep and we will certainly plan our stay at Ruken Hanım Konaği. We miss Osman and his family already!

Nice staff, comfortable bed, good location. Nice terrace.

Once we saw the room, we understood why the reviews were so mixed. We had unknowingly booked the basement room that smells of gray water. I would never pay full price for that room. The ventilation is not good. Booking.com says it is a smoke free property but it is not. I wouldn’t have been bothered me if I hadn’t expected smoke free. The breakfast is a small effort, though the staff is nice.
