"Beautiful spacious apartment, close to Porto Susa train station and the famous La Romana gelato shop"

9.0

The location was a little out of the main central town but easy to get to with public transport, Porto Susa main train station (walking distance depending on level of fitness), and close to another metro stop. It was also close to a famous gelati place in Turin called La Romana which is across the road from the train station. The venue itself was spacious, clean and hosts were easy to talk to and get help. Really love stay and likely to stay again if and when I return to Turin. mille grazie!

I didn't like their locking system which was an app called Nuki that then enabled you to open/lock the doors from your phone. If you're not tech-savvy this might be a little of a hassle - had to download app, type in the passcode given to you by hosts and use that. My stress was my battery on my phone. I went out to visit my family and my phone was on low battery. I managed to get in both the front door and apartment door before my phone died. So I would ensure your phone is charged and/or take a portable charger if you think you'll be out all day.
