Easy to find parks, has 7 eleven nearby (3-5 minutes walk), comfortable bed, affordable price, clean shower room, clean bed. Staff is not a bad either, can understand Malay/English, i assume. For the price, its really worth it. Recommended.

When i arrived at the location, the staff was not there at the counter, wait for 10-15 minutes while theres a rainy storm outside. Overall, its not that bad as the staff is easy to communicate with.

Tgs staff very patient and helpful. I left the key inn he room but they help to settled up. The king size room dont hv water heather. The second day i change room but it much smaller but a little expens8ve. Not sure im paying for the room size or not.

Overall satisfied! Best choice in the area. The room was clean, and it's quite rare for a budget hotel to offer daily housekeeping, which is a great bonus. I’ve tried a few different hotels around this area before, and the others really don’t compare to this one. Also, Mr. Siam was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a solid, hassle-free place to stay.

They don't provide extra room keys, which is inconvenient if you are staying for 2 ppl and work on different shifts. The soundproofing is also weak, as I could clearly hear the TV from the next room.

Poor room. So many cockroaches were found when I checked in. Many other guests are Indian people and they are quite noisy.

Staff is not friendly, and it’s really not good from hospitality point of view
